2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the materials (information or software) on Apex IELTS for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or attempt to decompile any software contained on the Service.
3. AI Evaluation Disclaimer
Our Service provides AI-powered evaluations of IELTS writing tasks. While our algorithms are highly advanced and tuned to official rubrics, these evaluations are for educational purposes only. They do not guarantee official IELTS results and should be used as a tool for improvement rather than a definitive score. We are not affiliated with IDP, British Council, or Cambridge IELTS.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Apex IELTS reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Apex IELTS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apex IELTS operates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
