Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds to customers who have experienced technical issues with our AI evaluation system that we were unable to resolve within 48 hours. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
Non-Refundable Services
Once an essay has been submitted and the AI evaluation has been generated and delivered, the service is considered rendered. We do not offer refunds based on the specific score received or if the customer simply disagrees with the AI's feedback.
Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@apexielts.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based plans, you may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is your success. If you are unhappy with your experience, even if you are not eligible for a full refund, please reach out. We often offer credit or additional evaluations to ensure you get the value you deserve.
